have the answers for everything.

responsibility to allow others the decision of how they are going to feel.
It is their choice how they react to me.
It is then my right to decide how I will react to their reaction.

I have the right to resolve conflicts so that I don't lose, or win
at the expense of the other person.

I accept the fact that many people feel they have the right to
judge me.
I have the right not to accept their judgment.
